The Ministry of Energy invites comments and suggestions for the prepared draft amendment to the description of the progress measure 03-001-06-05-01 "Implement energy efficiency measures in public buildings of the central government, individual residential houses and enterprises".
A project has been prepared to change the description of project financing conditions for activities related to the conversion of boilers to more efficient heat generation technologies using renewable energy sources in individual houses not connected to the district heating system. The amended provisions of the description of the funding conditions are planned to be applied to calls for proposals, which are scheduled to be launched from January 2025.
The main changes are the expansion of the circle of potential applicants without changing the conditions for applicants already provided for in the previous version of the description:
It is envisaged to provide funding for the replacement of an individual heat production facility that, for its intended purpose, burns biomass or fossil fuels and does not have the possibility to supply heat to a water-based heating system (water is not used as a heat carrier).
It is planned to provide the possibility of obtaining financing for the installation of a heat pump in an apartment in a building of three or more apartments (apartment buildings), or in a separate apartment in a non-residential building, if an individual heat production unit is changed and if such an apartment is not connected to the district heating system.
It is planned to provide applicants with the opportunity to receive funding for another type of modern technology of heat production equipment - a heat pump (air-to-air).
It is envisaged to revise the targets of the progress instrument in line with the latest amendments to the EU Funds Investment Programme for 2021-2027.
