National Paying Agency NPA clients wishing to consult with NPA staff are invited to complete a client registration form to notify their intention to consult.You can find the pre-registration form for the consultation on the NMA website under Contact Pre-registration.On the registration form you can choose the method of consultation via Teams or on arrival at the NMA branch the location if you want to consult live. In order for the advice to be provided properly clients are encouraged to briefly describe the issue to be consulted in the Additional information section.The customer registration form will allow the customer to choose the time that is convenient for him and it will be easier for both him and the NMA staff to plan their working hours.In the event of a change in plans or opportunities or if the consultation becomes irrelevant it should be canceled either by sending a letter confirming the order or by calling the department with which the employee was scheduled to consult.We remind you that you can also register for the consultation by calling 85 252 6999 short number 1841 as well as by calling the regional offices.
