In addition, the rapporteur also pointed out difficulties in the process of providing legal aid such as: Limited access to documents, slow notification of the right to legal aid, short prosecution time, language barriers with disadvantaged groups,... To overcome these limitations, the rapporteur proposes a number of specific solutions such as: Amending the Criminal Procedure Code to ensure the right to access and copy records right from the time the defendant is prosecuted; Supplementing sanctions for late notification of the right to legal aid; Strengthen training in litigation skills and court simulation; Organize courses on psycho-social skills when working with disadvantaged groups and promote the application of digital technology in management, supervision, and assessment of professional skills...
