The two sides also focus on building a professional after-sales service ecosystem according to international standards. According to the agreement, KIM LONG MOTOR takes on the role of providing after-sales service of ZF products in Vietnam, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and other potential markets. The two sides will coordinate to perfect service standards, develop a genuine spare parts system and train a specialized service technical team, to maximize vehicle operating time, reduce total cost of ownership and improve customer satisfaction. Establishment of Technical and Training CenterIn the long-term orientation, KIM LONG MOTOR and ZF Group agreed to establish a Technical and Training Center to conduct in-depth research on products: automatic transmissions on traditional cars; electric vehicles and new energy vehicles. The center plays a nuclear role in transferring technology, training high-quality technical human resources, supporting product research and development and gradually improving the localization rate of automobiles in the future.
