π Tender Overview
Despite the challenges of the War of Independence of Ukraine, we continue to develop education and science in the region. This issue is in the focus of attention of the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Synegubov. The University of Pharmacy plays an important role in providing personnel potential for the industry not only in the region, but also throughout the country. We work in coordination to improve learning conditions and motivate young people to enroll in higher education institutions, said Yevhen Ivanov.
The participants of the meeting were presented with the educational opportunities of the National Pharmaceutical University. The institution of higher education provides a full cycle of specialist training. The structure of the institution also includes a professional college, an institute of advanced training, an educational and scientific institute of applied pharmacy, which ensures the implementation of scientific research, as well as an educational and scientific institute of therapy and rehabilitation - a branch in Uzhhorod.
Kharkiv region remains the Ukrainian capital of pharmacy. The capabilities of our educational institution allow us to provide quality education and continuous professional development of employees of the pharmaceutical industry. We actively cooperate with enterprises and pharmacy chains to accompany our graduates in the workplace as well, Oleksandr Kukharenko added.
In the course of the meeting, current programs of business support were considered. The Kharkiv Regional Employment Center implements more than 20 state initiatives. In particular, employers can receive compensation of 50% of the minimum wage for employing young people under the age of 25 with up to 1 year of insurance experience, as well as citizens under the age of 35 for their first job. The maximum duration of payment is six months. It was also about grant programs to support business, in particular, Own business, a grant for recovery and a grant for a processing enterprise.
The participants of the meeting paid special attention to the Focus Point program, which is aimed at supporting micro and small businesses affected by the war. Within the framework of the program, entrepreneurs can receive financial assistance to restore or develop their own business, purchase equipment, materials, and cover other expenses necessary for the continuation of economic activity. The program is designed to help preserve jobs, increase business sustainability, and develop entrepreneurial activity in the region.
Our specialists have the task of selecting 2-3 motivated employees and directing them to vacant positions at specialized enterprises in the field of pharmacy. All that is required from the employer is an understandable vacancy - decent working conditions and wages, said the director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Denys Oliynyk.
In addition, the participants of the meeting discussed current problematic issues, in particular, regarding the training and registration of female pharmacists conscripted into the military, training and employment of narrow-profile specialists, support for workers in rural areas, etc.
