Recipients of compensation, using housing certificates, purchased 6,020 real estate objects in Kharkiv region: 5,044 apartments and 976 private houses. The value of the acquired property exceeds 11.9 billion hryvnias, of which more than 9.9 billion were paid at the expense of the program.
In total, 8,430 housing certificates issued for destroyed real estate in the region have already been used. The majority of compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Chuguyiv, Izyum, Dergachiv and Balaklia territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk and other regions.
47,955 applicants have already received more than 4.8 billion hryvnias for housing repairs within the framework of the state program. For another 352 people, compensation was agreed and transferred for payment in the amount of over 28.8 million hryvnias. 8,579 apartments and 7,575 private houses have already been restored in the Kharkiv region under the eRecovery program. We are communicating with the Government and relevant ministries regarding the financing of the program, so that the applicants receive compensation as soon as possible and begin restoration work, Oleg Sinegubov said.
71,528 applications for financial aid for repairing damaged housing have been submitted since the beginning of the program. Most applications came from residents of the regional center, Kharkiv, Chuguyiv and Izyum districts. At the same time, 242,871 informational messages about damaged and destroyed property were submitted through the Diya application and portal.
According to the State Register of Property, damaged and destroyed as a result of a full-scale invasion, 104,746 objects in Kharkiv Oblast need to be rebuilt.
