We inform you that the resolution passed unanimously by the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of TerniEnergia SpA on March 2 2020 and concerning the amendments to the Articles of Association relating to the change of the company name and the transfer of the registered office was registered today at the competent Milan Company Register.As a result of the foregoing the new corporate name of algoWatt SpA becomes effective .The related minutes of the shareholders meeting the new corporate by-laws with evidence of the changes made as well as the regulation of the bond listed on ExtraMOT Pro bearing the new denomination of the bond loan will be made available in the ways and within the times provided for by the applicable regulatory legislation.
