📋 Tender Overview
The National Data Center at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, in cooperation and coordination with the Information Technology Department in the Municipality of Baghdad, launched a new set of services for its departments.
This comes based on directives, direct supervision and periodic follow-up by the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Hamid Naim Al-Ghazi, in order to provide the best services to the Iraqi citizen in the service of the public interest.
The center indicated that the new package includes (12 integrated services under the title of Baghdad Water Department Services), in addition to the service of installing the water meter electronically.
These services are considered a qualitative leap and a significant improvement in the work of municipal departments, and include (opening an asset account, exceeding real estate of different sizes, closing and reopening accounts, settling accounts for neglected properties, cutting and returning water outlets, adjustments to estimates, and correction of residential addresses).
These services also save a lot of time and effort, and enhance public confidence in government services provided by state departments.
It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister directed the center during his visit last August to convert all the services of the Municipality of Baghdad to electronic.
The launch of the service comes as a continuation of the package of services launched by the National Data Center and aims to facilitate citizens' review of government institutions.
