The National Data Center at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, in cooperation with the Information Technology Department of the National Investment Authority, launched a new electronic service for the Authority that facilitates the application for the purchase of housing units in the Bismayah residential complex.
This comes within the framework of supporting national investment, and in support of the efforts made by the National Investment Commission to find solutions to the housing crisis, and this service provides the information and details that the citizen needs in applying, and meets all his requirements in terms of multiple spaces, patterns of payment of the value of the property and building regulations, eastern or western, all of this is done electronically smoothly that eliminates the need for personal attendance.
In the same context, the Chairman of the National Investment Commission, Dr. Haider Makiya, stated that the Commission will adopt electronic application as a prerequisite for obtaining apartments in the complex, calling on citizens to apply directly through the electronic platform, without resorting to offices or using other parties.
The Your portal has witnessed a large turnout of citizens to apply for the service, according to the director of the center, Dr. Ammar Mazhar Al-Tamimi, who added that the center provided the requirements for the success of the service, and put possibilities that the number of providers will reach very large numbers.
