This activity is the preliminary stage of a marine geological survey cooperation contract in collaboration with the Center for Nuclear Energy System Studies - National Atomic Energy Agency PKSEN Batan.Recognize lasts for seven days on May 25-31 2021 and is led by P3GL Young Investigator Yani Permanawati. The P3GL team also coordinates with the local government in preparing facilities and infrastructure at the survey site. This coordination is the first step towards the implementation of the survey which will be conducted in mid-June 2021 said Purnomo Raharjo Coordinator of the P3GL Marine and Regional Energy Research and Development Implementation Group KP3 EKDK Purnomo Raharjo.Several parties were involved in preparing the survey mapping including the Research and Development Agency of the West Kalimantan Provincial Government Tanjungpura University the Marine and Fisheries Service of West Kalimantan Province the Indonesian Diving Sports Association POSSI and local fishermen.Submission of information related to the scope of survey activities including field data collection analysis of geophysical geological oceanographic environmental and marine geological data explained Purnomo. The P3GL technical team also had an audience with the Singkawang City Government to submit a survey implementation plan a survey site review plan and a field survey schedule determination. Some of the survey activities carried out include taking subsurface geological data SBP seabed morphology beach characteristics and dynamics sea water quality marine sediment quality to marine geological hazards.Meanwhile the Acting Officer Plt. The scope of work consists of analyzing geophysical geological oceanographic environmental and geohazard data. Some of the survey activities carried out included measurements of the basic morphology of the waters coastal characteristics sea water quality marine sediment quality to marine geological hazards. NA
