Central Public Works Department as a result of its renewed efforts to expand its outreach and work arena will sign a Memorandum of Cooperation MoC with two professional Bodies with Indian Society for Trenchless Technology and International Council of Consultants on November 05 2019 at 1700 hrs at CPWD Conference Room Nirman Bhawan New Delhi in the field of mutual interests related to promotion of innovation research and development and adoption of best practices in the field of trenchless technology and providing advisory assistance in construction arbitration.MoC will be signed in the gracious presence of Shri Prabhakar Singh Director General CPWD Dr. P. R. Swarup President International Council of Consultants and Dr. Niranjan Swarup Director General Indian Society for Trenchless Technology.
