📋 Tender Overview
On August 11 the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation of a complex of social houses consisting of 518 apartments in the city of Nakhchivan.
Chairman of the Board of the State Housing Construction Agency Sadiq Sadigov informed the head of state about the conditions to be created in the complex.
It was reported that nearly 5 hectares of land has been allocated for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings (affordable apartments) in Nakhchivan.
16 buildings with 6 and 7 floors will be built in the complex. There will be 518 apartments including 93 one-room 37 two-room 351 three-room and 37 four-room apartments.
Necessary infrastructure will be created for the convenience of residents in the Residential Complex. The construction of a kindergarten and other catering facilities is planned here. The complex will be equipped with electricity gas water and sewage disposal systems. Construction of roads and sidewalks landscaping and greening works are planned in the area.
The head of state was also informed about the projects implemented and planned by the State Housing Construction Agency.
