J. J. Elias 241, Province and Ica Region, for operating without technical qualification and providing the transport service without the corresponding authorization.
This complementary infrastructure was intervened, for the second time in the year, by the personnel of the Deconcentrated Unit (UD) of Ica, which last July warned the entry and exit of vehicles that offered to cover the ICA-Puquio route (Ayacucho) without authorization, representing a risk for users of the national road network.
Together with agents of the National Police of Peru (PNP), Transit and the Ica Police Station, the Sutran inspectors entered the garage and, after corroborating the irregularities detected weeks ago, imposed an act of control T.3, which is recorded by operating a complementary infrastructure without having the respective certificate of technical authorization.
This fault is qualified as very serious and leads to a 50 % fine of a Tax Tax Unit (UIT), that is S/2675. It also proceeds with the temporary closure of the establishment, until the observations are raised.
Likewise, a control certificate corresponding to the infraction F.1, which is imposed by providing the transport service of people, goods or mixed without authorization, remains that it merits a fine of a UIT (S/5350). As a preventive measure, it was also withdrawn from a filming plate.
The Sutran, an entity attached to the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MTC), will continue to carry out these operations to identify and close garages that operate as terminals without authorization and ensure compliance with transport standards, which include verifying speed limits, documentation of vehicles and drivers, and other measures that contribute to improving the safety of people.
