Due to the updating with legal changes, optimization of the operation of the space management body and the establishment of a more effective system of guidance and cooperation in spatial planning procedures, their updating is underway.
The creation of documentation, expert analyses, studies and other products related to spatial planning is always based on and taking into account applicable regulations. Among other things, the use of the current Regulation on conditions and restrictions for encroachment on space and for carrying out activities in areas threatened by floods and related erosion of inland waters and seas (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 34/25) and Instructions for the implementation of the Regulation on conditions and restrictions for encroaching on space and for carrying out activities in areas threatened by floods and related erosion of inland waters and seas no. 010-36/2025-2560-19 dated February 19, 2026, published on the DRSV website in the section Standard project conditions - appendix 3.
