The Government Approved The Proposal Of The Ministry Of National Defense To Amend The Rudninkai Military Land Law. The Amendments Will Allow For More Favorable Conditions For Rail, Gas Supply, Power Grid Development And Installation. These Amendments To The Law Are Another Important Step In Creating Conditions For The Presence Of Nato Allies In The Country. We Are Implementing The Need For Germany By The End Of 2027 To Have The Necessary Transport Infrastructure To The Polygon And Its Territory. The Amendments Will Allow The Need For Communication And Engineering Infrastructure To Be Installed With German Partners. In Addition To The Exceptions Of This Law, The Branch Of The Railway Could Only Be Created In The 2030S. Amendments To The Law Provide To Simplify Spatial Planning, Land Collection And Construction Procedures Where The Engineering Infrastructure Objects Necessary For The Operation Of The Landfill Are Built Outside. It Also Aims To Establish The Possibility Of Leasing The State -Owned Land Plots To The Ministry Of National Defense For Developers When It Is Necessary For Government And Private Partnership () Projects Or Entities Responsible For The Installation Of Engineering Infrastructure When It Is Needed For Military Infrastructure. ;
