The basement and ground floor are being built as solid concrete structures. The three upper floors are being built using a modular wood-hybrid construction . The new building is highly energy efficient . Photovoltaics with an output of over 220 kilowatts peak will be installed on the roof and facade . A heat pump with 100 percent green electricity will also be used. The waste heat from the data center will also be used for this purpose.
