The Federal Minister of Social Affairs presents the Order of Merit to citizens for their social commitmentOn Tuesday evening the Federal Minister for Labor and Social Affairs Hubertus Heil presented citizens with the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany which was awarded by the Federal President at his suggestion for their outstanding social commitment in the fight against social exclusion. The medal bearers are particularly committed to the equal social participation of people with disabilities campaign for socially disadvantaged people or fight very successfully for professional integration and for occupational safety.
