A new study released by Cox Automotive reveals an optimistic forecast with younger generations showing a greater interest in dealership jobs than older generations. The 2019 Cox Automotive Dealership Staffing study reveals that among Gen Z and Young Millennials more than 30 are interested in working for a dealership even higher when roles other than sales are presented to them.The Cox Automotive Dealership Staffing study surveyed 1200 people some already working at dealerships some in other industries and others actively looking for work regarding their employment-related challenges priorities and expectations.
