The two sides reviewed the longstanding friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America, and discussed ways to further enhance bilateral cooperation across areas of mutual interest within the framework of existing agreements, including the Free Trade Agreement and the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA).
They also exchanged views on regional and international developments, including efforts by the U.S. administration to promote security, peace, and stability in the region, support peace, reconstruction, and recovery in the Gaza Strip, and address the Iranian nuclear issue through dialogue and diplomatic solutions that preserve regional security and stability.
