Mr. Nguyen Hung Xuan (Ninh Binh) asked, foreigners who have a 5 -year working and pay social insurance in Vietnam, after termination of foreign labor contracts, will the foreigner get a lump -sum allowance? If possible, what is the application? About this issue, Vietnam Social Insurance responded as follows: Point dd Clause 6, Article 9 of the Governments Decree No. 15/10/2018 detailing the Law on Social Insurance and the Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene on compulsory social insurance for workers who are foreign citizens working in Vietnam stipulating: Laborers who are foreign citizens working in Vietnam are required to be subject to social insurance contracts, they are required to be subject to social insurance contracts, they are required to be subject to social insurance contracts, they are required to be subject to social insurance. The work permit, practice certificates, practicing licenses are expired but not extended.
