On the 19th of August a 20-kilometer night performance tour will be held on the Szechenyi Mountain Childrens Railway.
On Tuesday the traditional 20 -kilometer night performance tour will be held in the wake of the childrens railway. The route touches all the stations of the childrens railway and the main attractions of the area such as the Nagyret the Makovecz Imre Lookout the Kaan Karoly Lookout the ruins of the Pauline Monastery in Budaszentlorinc the Elizabeth Lookout the Normafa areas the Szechenyi. The tour of the tour is seven hours. Entry at the start can be in front of the Huvosvolgyi Childrens Railroad at home from 7pm to 9pm on Tuesday night. The Childrens Railway performance tour was first held in 1996 and since then every year on March 15 and on August 19 the small railway area can be explored on foot as part of the organized tour. The present will be the 57 power tour in the history of the small railway.
On August 20 the childrens railway celebrates the 75th anniversary of the transfer of the entire line. On this occasion families and small railroaders are expected to be used throughout the day with colorful programs at the Huvosvolgy terminal trains run according to compressed timetable and nostalgia vehicles.
