π Tender Overview
In the seizure of the salary paid periodically to the amount of the protection contribution, an index check will be carried out from the beginning of next year. An index check is also performed on the necessary living expenses taken into account when calculating the debtor's payment capacity in the debt arrangement.
In 2025, the protection portion to be left for a debtor in receivership is 32.88 euros per day for the debtor himself and 9.61 euros per day for a person dependent on the debtor, for example a child. The protection share of a debtor who has no dependents is therefore 986.40 euros per month.
The monetary amounts of necessary living expenses taken into account in the debt arrangement will also be increased in accordance with the change in the national pension index. For example, the amount of necessary living expenses for a person living alone or a single parent is calculated as 715 euros per month when calculating the payment reserve from the beginning of next year. The debtor does not have to submit a separate statement of these costs. The euro amount of necessary living costs does not include, for example, housing costs, which are taken into account based on a separate report.
