It helps keep generations connected.Citizens of Estonia whose residence is according to the Population Register is located in Estonia and who wish to visit their spouse close relatives relatives residing in the border areas of Russia or visit their burial places may apply for compensation.The border areas are the city of Pechora Pechora district as well as Krupskaya Lavrovskaya and Novoizborskaya volosts Ivangorod town of Kingisepp district Bolshelutskaya and Kuzemkinskaya volost or Zagrivskaya volost of Slantsevsky district.Applications can be submitted to the Ida-Virumaa Municipality Union and the Vrumaa Development Center. Visa for cultural exchange programs is handled by the Visa Coordinator of the Development Center of Vrumaa.Applications for the payment of visa fees to the list of recipients can be submitted until October 31 2019 and applications for compensation of the visa fee paid by November 30 2019.This year compensation is provided on the basis of documents for visas the validity of which partially or fully falls on November and December 2018 as well as visas the validity of which partially or fully falls on 2019. The maximum amount of reimbursement this year is 70 euros per applicant.
