In order to speed up the processing of applications, we provide permanent organizational and methodical support to the commissions for consideration of issues regarding compensation for damaged real estate objects. Regular online meetings are held to resolve problematic issues. Supporting people in rebuilding lost and damaged housing remains one of the key priorities of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said Oleg Synegubov.
To date, information on 109,500 objects in the Kharkiv region has been entered into the State Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property. According to the results of the review of applications, almost 50 thousand applicants have already received monetary compensation for damaged property in the total amount of more than 5 billion hryvnias.
In addition, residents of the region purchased 6,093 real estate objects - 5,107 apartments and 986 private residential buildings - using housing certificates. The total cost of housing is more than 12 billion hryvnias.
In total, more than 8,500 housing certificates obtained for destroyed real estate objects in the Kharkiv region have already been used. Most of the recipients of compensation purchased housing in the city of Kharkiv, as well as in the communities of Izyum, Balaklia, Chuguyiv, and Dergachyv. The rest of the housing is in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk and other regions.
