Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) has just held a ceremony to award the title Typical Vietnamese Businesswoman - Bong. yellow rose in 2025. Here is a national-level title, organized by VCCI according to the provisions of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022, with a review cycle every 5 years. This title aims to honor female entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in production and business and have made many positive contributions to the countrys socio-economic development. She joined SHB in 2008 and was appointed General Director from September 2022. During her time working at SHB, Ms. Ngo Thu Ha has held many important positions in the banks business operations, contributing to SHBs outstanding development, becoming a leading financial institution in Vietnam, reaching regional and international levels. SHB is currently in the Top 5 largest private joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam in terms of charter capital, Top 10 most prestigious private joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam (according to Vietnam Report), Top 200 largest enterprises in Southeast Asia announced by Fortune Magazine (USA). Personally, Ms. Ngo Thu Ha has received many certificates of merit and awards from domestic and international organizations, recognizing her contributions in operations, governance, innovation and business development associated with social responsibility.
