The Civil Engineering and Development Department CEDD today September 25 gazetted a notice to invite tenders for the contract for Development of the Loop Eastern Connection Road Contract No YL202502 The closing time for the tender is noon on November 20
The works mainly include
construction of a fourlane twoway carriageway of approximately 3 kilometres in length connecting the eastern part of the Loop to Kwu Tung North New Development Area
provision of associated works including civil geotechnical drainage electrical and mechanical landscaping and other ancillary works and
environmental mitigation measures and the environmental monitoring and audit programme for the works above
The works are scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2027 and will take about 39 months to complete
The CEDD has commissioned AECOM Asia Company Limited to design and supervise the works Interested contractors may download the tender forms and other particulars from the eTendering System eTS Tenderers must submit tenders in electronic format via the eTS
