Build Hanoi National University according to the model of an elite, multi-disciplinary, multi-field research university, belonging to the group of leading higher education institutions in Asia; is the countrys key training, research, innovation and policy center, as well as the leading training, research and innovation center of Hanoi city, the Capital region and the Red River Delta. Prioritize the development of elite training models, talent training and fostering talents in the fields of basic science and strategic technology; associate training with scientific research and innovation; Make concentrated, selective investments, taking input quality, research capacity, creativity and output according to international standards as the core standards to form a team of talented people, excellent scientists, leading experts and knowledge leaders to serve the countrys long-term development.
