Promote the intelligent development of the manufacturing supply chain, collaborate in building a number of smart factories and smart supply chains, implement the digital transformation action plan for manufacturing, and carry out special actions to empower new industrialization by artificial intelligence. Enhance the supply chain integration capabilities of the wholesale industry and provide comprehensive services such as raw material procurement, warehousing and logistics, product marketing, supply chain finance, and recycling of renewable resources for upstream and downstream customers and industrial clusters. Optimize the supply level of the retail industrys supply chain, support retail enterprises to use digital and intelligent technology to integrate omni-channel information, accelerate the feedback speed of consumer information to brands and manufacturers, guide the development of personal customization + flexible production and optimize the supply level of goods. Promote the reduction of logistics costs in the whole society, promote the integrated development of logistics with industry, trade and consumption, promote intelligent three-dimensional warehouses, automatic guided vehicles, unmanned delivery vehicles and other facilities and equipment, and support the integrated development of trade, port and shipping. The person in charge said that the action plan deploys 10 main tasks to accelerate the development of the digital and intelligent supply chain. Including cultivating leading digital and intelligent supply chain enterprises; promoting digital and intelligent transformation of supply chain management services; accelerating the opening and cooperation of digital and intelligent supply chains to the outside world, supporting the coordinated development with cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehousing and logistics; building a digital and intelligent supply chain control tower to achieve real-time insight, operation analysis and intelligent response to supply chain activities; innovating the underlying technology of digital and intelligent supply chains, and promoting the commercial application of digital and intelligent technology; improving the technical service standard system, and promoting the formulation and revision of a number of standards that meet the needs of industrial and industry development; exploring and promoting supply chain data transactions, continuously strengthening the attributes of enterprise data assets; ensuring the security of supply chain data flow and avoiding information leakage; establishing a supply chain coordination and promotion mechanism; strengthening the cultivation of digital and intelligent supply chain talents, and encouraging the establishment of a chief supply chain officer and chief data officer system. The action plan proposes that by 2030, a replicable and popular digital supply chain construction and development model will be formed, and a deeply embedded, intelligent, efficient, independent and controllable digital supply chain system will be basically established in important industries and key areas, and about 100 leading digital supply chain enterprises in the country will be cultivated.
