Motorola Solutions has announced Michael Kaae as regional vice president of sales for Europe. Kaae who has over 20 years of technology sales leadership experience will lead Motorola Solutions direct government and commercial sales business across Europe including Russia. In his position he will be responsible for the companys go-to-market strategy as well as sales and business development across the region.Kaae has been with Motorola Solutions for over 10 years holding key roles within the sales organisation including vice president sales for Northern and Eastern Europe. He is an experienced sales expert with a strong track record of driving successful business strategies and fostering long-lasting customer relations in the IT industry.In his new role Kaae will further expand Motorola Solutions position as technology leader in Europe. In todays changing environment public safety and commercial customers need to increase efficiency and handle complex data volumes to provide a faster response. In Denmark Motorola Solutions is the provider of the nationwide TETRA radio system SINE SIkkerhedsNEttet that has been the communications backbone of Danish emergency services for more than 10 years. The TETRA-based network guarantees highly reliable communication for police rescue services and parts of the defence force through a dedicated highly resilient and secure network.
