The Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (YPAN) informs the public that it is putting to public consultation a bill and Draft Regulations aimed at amending the legal framework of the Cyprus University of Technology (TEPAK), so that TEPAK can offer undergraduate study programs in foreign languages.
Specifically, the following texts are put to public consultation on the online public consultation platform " e-Consultation ", at the link: Public Consultation on the offer of undergraduate study programs in foreign languages ??by the Cyprus University of Technology:
(a) The Cyprus University of Technology (Amendment) Law of 2024
(b) The Cyprus University of Technology (Student Matters and Subjects of Study) (Amendment) Regulations 2024
(c) The University of Cyprus (Tuition) (Amendment) Regulations of 2024 which will apply mutatis mutandis to TEPAK.
All interested bodies/natural persons are invited to submit their comments/suggestions by Wednesday, August 28, 2024, through the online public consultation platform " e-Consultation ".
