The Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance informs that, in the context of a recent amendment to the Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions Law, a Decree has been issued by the Minister of Labor and Social Insurance on 19/12/2024.
According to the Decree, every Employer (Legal or Natural Person) is required, during the period between 2/1/2025-28/2/2025, to register all their active employees in the ERGANI computer system, also recording basic employment terms, as provided for by the relevant Law.
Among other things, in addition to the personal details of the employees, the place of performance of the work, the specialty/duties, the date of commencement of employment, the remuneration, any allowances or other benefits (in detail), the working hours and the days of weekly employment of each employee should be recorded.
To assist users during the recording process, there is relevant guidance information, which will be displayed in the System. Furthermore, it is noted that for employers with a large number of employees, it is possible to use excel and xml files.
