📋 Tender Overview
New Regional Education Observatory eliminates long lines and brings a modern, transparent and inclusive serviceEfficient, transparent and innovative management. The Cusco Regional Government launched the Regional Education Observatory, an intelligent platform that transforms educational management and facilitates the access of thousands of families to the school pre-enrollment process.
Through the CREE Project, this modern tool incorporates the SIREMA system, which will allow parents to carry out pre-registration and pre-enrollment virtually, quickly and safely, which will avoid the long lines, unnecessary expenses and uncertainty that for years accompanied the beginning of the school year.
SIREMA has been developed to simplify access to public educational institutions, through an easy-to-access web portal. In this way, parents will be able to consult a zoning map, learn about the educational offering available, review the admission requirements and register the pre-enrollment request completely virtually, without having to go to the schools in person during the first stages of the process.
This tool is part of the Cusco Regional Educational Digital Ecosystem, an innovative initiative led by the Regional Education Observatory that integrates data intelligence technologies, territorial analysis and real-time monitoring. Thanks to this system it will be possible to generate indicators, alerts and maps that will identify needs, reduce gaps and more efficiently guide educational management decisions throughout the region.
Likewise, this ecosystem incorporates platforms such as SIRELA, for monitoring students learning achievements; SIREEI, which monitors the development of children at the initial level and SIREMO, aimed at monitoring educational institutions.
The integration of these systems will allow the consolidation of a true Regional Educational Intelligence Center, where information is a tool to improve the quality of the educational service and optimize the use of public resources for the benefit of teachers, directors, students and families of the Cusco region.
Our commitment is that no family is excluded from the right to quality education, said the governor, Werner Salcedo Alvarez.
