Housing Care Program in the Sisak-Moslavina County was adopted by building 36 multi-apartment buildings, which was presented by state secretary Domagoj Orli?.
The program contains an analysis of the needs for housing care on several grounds and a plan for its realization in the Sisak-Moslavina County, and it plans to initiate the construction of 36 multi-apartment buildings in the Sisak-Moslavina County, i.e. 20 buildings in Sisak, 8 buildings in Petrinja, 2 buildings in Topusko, 1 building in Glina, 1 building in Lekenik, 1 building in Kutina, 1 building in Jasenovac, 1 building in Sunja and 1 building in Hrvatska Kostajnica.
In the earthquake damaged by multi-apartment and residential-commercial buildings in the Sisak-Moslavina County, for which an application for reconstruction has been submitted, there are 2442 residential units.
Taking into account the number of damaged buildings with a total of 2442 apartments, the need for housing care of young families, deficient personnel and families in assisted areas that have not had a solved housing issue for many years, the Ministry estimates the real need for the construction of about 4200 new housing units, which exceeds the number of planned construction of 36 multi-apartment buildings with a total of 666 apartments and concludes that the planned construction is justified.
The start of works is planned in the first quarter of 2024, the completion of the program by the end of 2025, with the implementation of the Program planned to start in all covered cities and municipalities in approximately the same period, depending on the public procurement procedures for contracting the execution of works and the interest and capabilities of construction operations.

the Government has also adopted the State Program of arranging and harmonizing cadastre and land registry on the islands 2023 - 2027, which monitors the implementation of the National Island Development Plan and provides an overview and assessment of the existing state of cadastre and land registry on the islands, determines the ways of their arrangement and the holders of implementation and financing.
The program is cadastreske municipalities on the islands divided into five groups, and the final goal is to establish a Land Database on the islands.
