The Faculty of Engineering will give a new edition of the Technology and Use of Fuel Gases Course.
The Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Production (IIMPI) of the Faculty of Engineering (University of the Republic) organizes a new edition of the continuing education course Technology and Use of Fuel Gases, which will begin on Monday, May 4, 2026.
The proposal is aimed at professionals, technicians and technicians linked to the energy area and industrial and domestic gas installations. This includes engineers, technologists and technical personnel with experience in the sector. The course has a teaching staff made up of specialists from the professional and academic fields, and addresses content linked to:
? Properties and combustion of fuel gases.
? Design of networks and gas pipelines.
? Industrial, commercial and residential facilities.
? Certification and authorization of gas and industrial appliances.
? Regulations and applicable regulations.
? Security, operation and maintenance of systems.
