Within the 11th International Forum of the Electronic Apostille Program e-APP in The Hague which is being held from October 16 to 18 in Fortaleza Brazil Mr. Eduardo Cubero Head of the Authentication Department participates as an expert delegate with the theme Experience of Costa Rica in the implementation of the Apostille.This event is organized by the Hague Conference on Private International Law HCCH the forum for the Hague International e-Handout Program e-APP and seeks to discuss how new technologies can improve the operation and effectiveness of the document authentication process carried out through the Convention of Foreign Public Documents Apostille Agreement as well as eliminating rows eliminating paper printing among others maximizing resources by not depending on the user having to reach the Foreign Ministry since the document would travel only in digital form precisely ensuring the authenticity of the documents when processed through more secure systems minimizing the possibility of falsifying them.Hague Conference on Private International Law HCCH is an intergovernmental organization in the field of private international law which manages several international conventions protocols and soft law instruments. The Hague Conference was first convened by Tobias Asser in 1893 in The Hague.
