Ambassador Montserrat Solano Carboni Permanent Representative of Costa Rica to the Organization of American States OAS highlighted the commitment of our country to human rights before the hemispheric forum.In addition to referring to the main topics of interest to Costa Rica in the Organization such as democracy integral development environment hemispheric security the Ambassador said that Costa Rica reiterates its unwavering commitment to defending the human rights of all people without exclusion in equality and their faith that peace in democracy must be guaranteed for all women and all men.
