Beginning at approximately 4 p.m. on Friday, August 14, Raccoon Valley Road will be closed at Maynardville Highway (State Route 33) as crews build and tie in the new alignment. Motorists heading westbound will be directed to State Route 61 to bypass the work zone. Maynardville Highway (State Route 33) will remain open during these construction activities.
