According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-July 2026 the largest share of construction works carried out in Uzbekistan by type of economic activity -- 68.3% -- was accounted for by the construction of buildings and structures.
The volume of construction works by type of economic activity was as follows:
-- construction of buildings and structures -- UZS 155.3 trillion;
-- civil engineering works -- UZS 45.2 trillion;
-- specialized construction works -- UZS 27 trillion.
