The project was built by the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam as a gift to the locality, demonstrating the Armys deep concern for education, training and peoples lives in the border area. Thanh Ha kindergarten has a scale of 2 2-storey buildings with a total floor area of 1,646m2, including 13 rooms with full functional areas. In particular, there are 6 classrooms, each room is 52m2, the school boards office, the teachers office, the medical room, the kitchen area and specialized classrooms for physical education, fine arts and music. The project will be constructed with the highest responsibility and progress, ensuring quality and national standards. In particular, in addition to the function of serving the education and care of children in the border area of Kim Bang commune, Thanh Ha Kindergarten can be used as a storm and flood shelter for people.
