On June 22, Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Dragon E-Home social housing project at Dragon Village Urban Area, Long Truong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The Dragon E-Home project is built on nearly 19,000 m2 of land, including 6 8-storey towers with 764 social housing apartments and 34 commercial service apartments for rent. The apartments have an area of 25-69 m2. Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Peoples Committee Hoang Nguyen Dinh said that the project is located in the eastern gateway area of the city, with the advantage of connecting to Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway, Ring Road 3 and key traffic routes. The location adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park also helps meet the housing needs of engineers, experts and workers, contributing to attracting high-quality human resources to the city. Ho Chi Minh City leaders request investors and contractors to focus resources on construction implementation, ensuring progress, project quality, labor safety and compliance with environmental and fire prevention regulations. The City commits to continue accompanying, removing difficulties, and creating favorable conditions for social housing projects in the coming time.
