The application scope is a national competition for primary and secondary school students held during the 2025-2028 academic year. As long as the participants include primary and secondary school students, they should be included in the application scope. The organizer of the competition should be a formal institution registered with the Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Civil Affairs. He must have legal person qualifications, have good reputation, no bad records, and have strong professional influence and academic team. In addition, international competitions are included in the application scope.
According to the work arrangement, the declaration is divided into two stages. The first phase is Qualification Application, which is from March 27 to April 11. The second phase is material filling, which is from April 15 to May 7. The applicant unit can log in to the application interface published in the notice of the Chinese Society of Education to apply. After implementing strict procedures, the Ministry of Education will release a list of national competitions for primary and secondary school students in the 2025-2028 academic year. All organizers should organize competitions strictly in accordance with the materials submitted at the time of application, and do not add competition events, add awards, expand the stages and scope of participating schools, etc., and it is strictly forbidden to disrupt the competition order.
