Recently COMAC University Engineering Technology College and Technical Skill College of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd. COMAC were established. Mr. Tan Wangeng Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of COMAC attended the unveiling ceremony. Mr. Tan Wangeng expressed that the establishment of COMAC University Engineering Technology College and Technical Skill College had been an important measure for deepening the strategy of thriving enterprise by talents and the project of ten-thousand elites and marked a new starting point a new journey and a new chapter for the engineering technology and technical skill talent training of COMAC. We should fully understand the important supporting role of the Engineering Technology College and the Technical Skill College in the construction of the companys talent team and strive to build them into a world-class commercial aircraft professional talent training base with innovative capabilities and international competitiveness. We should also constantly improve the engineering technology and technical skill talent training system make good use of internal and external resources and build a die-hard core team which is unbeatable and unbreakable advances despite difficulties faces the difficulties and is loyal to the trunk liner career. The Engineering Technology College established on December 28th 2018 is a carrier to implement the technical training plan and technical talent training of COMAC. It has 7 departments and 55 majors including aircraft overall design aircraft aerodynamic design and airframe structure. The Engineering Technology College is committed to cultivating commercial aircraft engineering and technical talents having international vision and solid professional foundation serving aircraft development and leading the development of the industry. The Technical Skill College established on January 3rd 2019 is the main organization to construct the engineering technology and technical skill talent education and training system as well as the job qualification of COMAC and is responsible for the curriculum development and authorization courseware material preparation and management teaching staff construction etc. of relevant majors.
