This Tuesday morning the inauguration of the Carmela Carvajal housing complex took place, which will benefit 136 families in the commune of Renca.
The new Carmela Carvajal de Renca housing complex is part of the Housing Choice Solidarity Fund (DS49).
Of the families that are part of this housing complex, 68 belong to the Sacrifice and Love committee, chaired by Rebeca Salas, and another 68 belong to the Los Sarmientos committee, whose president is Nancy Muñoz.
Characteristics of the Carmela Carvajal de Renca housing complex
The Carmela Carvajal de Renca apartment housing project is located on a plot of land of more than 7,600 square meters on the street of the same name.
A few meters from the housing complex there is a kindergarten, green areas, public transportation and educational centers.

Progress of the Housing Emergency Plan in Renca
The goal of the Housing Emergency Plan proposed by the Government is 2,010 homes, of which there is already 50.60% progress.
To date, 1,159 homes are under construction , while the number of homes delivered is 1,017.
