Canada Temporary Closure Tender

As announced by the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission the Canada Border Services Agency CBSA would like to remind NEXUS members that the Whirlpool Bridge will be closed from April 1 to May 5 2019 to complete a demolition project on the U.S. side.During the closure Canada-bound NEXUS members may use the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge in Niagara-on-the-Lake andor the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls. Both ports of entry will offer enhanced NEXUS services during this periodQueenston-Lewiston Bridge will extend its NEXUS lane hours from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Sunday.Rainbow Bridge will temporarily operate one NEXUS lane from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Sunday.The Enrolment Centre as well as the Iris Capture scan operating at the Whirlpool Bridge will be temporarily relocated to the Enrolment Centre at the Peace Bridge 10 Central Avenue Fort Erie Ontario.
