In mandatory compliance with the provisions of the R.A. Ndeg 025-2026-CE-PJ of the Executive Council of the JudiciaryThe head of the Decentralized Office of the National Authority for Control of the Judiciary (ODANC Callao), Santos Roger Benites Burgos, announced that he will supervise the Record of Mandatory Attendance of the magistrates of the Superior Court of Justice of Callao, to the protocol acts established in the Organic Law of the Judiciary, related to the mandatory nature of their attendance at the ceremonies on the occasion of the Opening of the Judicial Year and the Day of the Judge.
Through Administrative Resolution No. 094-2026-J-ODANC-CALLAO-CSJCL/PJ, the Chalaco control body established that, through the Presidency of the Superior Court of Justice of Callao, Corrida Resolution No. 00025-2026-CE-PJ of the Executive Council of the Judiciary be complied with, providing for the implementation of an Attendance Registry that accounts for the mandatory participation of the magistrates. of this Superior Court to the aforementioned ceremonies.
