Brazilian municipalities and the Federal District (DF) have until March 31 to apply in the second stage of the new Growth Acceleration Program (NovoPac) selections for education. The Ministry of Education (MEC), through the National Development Fund (FNDE), will invest R 2.3 billion at this stage of the program.
