The Ministry of Economy opened on Friday 20 the deadline for Federal Public Administration bodies to express interest in acquiring Graphic Design software licenses. Interested parties have until June 2nd to join the centralized purchase in the Price Registration Intent IRP n 112022. Purchasing the license entitles you to upgrade and support Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe Acrobat Autodesk AEC Autodesk AutoCad and Coreldraw GRAPHICS SUITE and Educational software. It is the first centralized purchase for the acquisition of graphic design software in the public administration and involves an amount of R 41.2 million.The IRP meets the needs of the Federal Public Administration but state and municipal bodies interested in acquiring licenses can also participate. In this case governments and municipalities must observe the technical specifications of the Term of Reference TR and the Preliminary Technical Study ETP to verify if they also meet their needs.Interested parties must register their demands exclusively through the Purchasing Portal www.comprasgovernamentais.gov.br and requests sent by e-mail official letter or through the Electronic Information System SEI are not accepted. There is also no need to send documents relating to the Planning for the Contracting of the bodies. The centralized purchase modality ensures that the needs of the agencies are met with better scale gains since there is already an estimate of the quantity to be contracted and the market value for the amount. According to data from the Plano Geral de Hiring PGC system which gathers all the procurement planning of the Federal Public Administration about 433 registered initiatives are specific to Graphic Design software solutions. Demands for educational leaveOrganizations interested in registering a demand for an educational license Educational Student License Pack - Adobe Creative Cloud Vip Teams All apps must pay attention to the specific contracting rule for this item which determines the acquisition of a minimum number of 100 licenses per package. For this acquisition it is necessary to inform the demand for packages of 100 in 100 software units and fractional demands are not accepted. The Ministry of Economys Purchasing Center will evaluate the demands and if necessary will round the information provided to the nearest higher hundred.
