The Ministry of Cities released the 29th updated list of pre -selected projects in the scope of. The municipality of Pouso Alegre, in Minas Gerais, has been contemplated and will be able to receive up to R 150 million for road qualification and paving works. What are the steps?
The publication of the list is the third stage of the selection process. There is no deadline for the registration of the proposals and, as new letters consultation are sent by the municipalities and framed by the financial agents, they will be published on the Ministry of Cities website.
The municipalities, whose proposals are in the pre-selection list, shall present to the financial agent the basic project of the project and the necessary documentation for risk and engineering analysis. Declarations that are approved will be validated by the financial agents to receive the financing. Following the validation of proposals by the financial agent, the municipalities move to the final selection stage, in which the ordinance of project choice is disclosed in the Federal Official Gazette.
Financing conditions
The resources made available for the Avante Cities - Urban Mobility Program are financing, arising from the FGTS Guarantee Fund (FGTS), as provided for in the Transport Infrastructure and Urban Mobility Program (Pro -Transportation). The nominal interest rate of pro-transport loan operations is 6% per year, and differential rate of up to 2% and credit risk rate of up to 1% may be added. The deadline for payment is up to 20 years.
