The state building for housing construction at 2026-2030 will soon be accepted in Belarus. This was told by the Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Construction and Housing Policy - Head of the Department of Housing Policy of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction Inna Pinkovskaya in the project.
The Council of Ministers of Belarus decided to approve the concept of the state housing policy of Belarus until 2030 of March 13 this year. According to Inna Pinkovskaya one of the relevant prescriptions obliges the Ministry of Construction and Architecture together with those interested in two -month periods approve a detailed plan for the implementation of the concept. Therefore within two months the plan will be drawn up she added. It will clearly spell out what regulations should be adopted.
The plan will reflect regulatory legal acts that will need to be adopted as part of the implementation of the concept said Inna Pinkovskaya. One of the documents will be the state program Construction of housing for the next five -year plan. It will already define specific numbers: how much we will build what housing we will build for which categories of citizens. That is these are detailed directions.
