The exceptions are measures foracquisition development improvement modernization commissioning of information systems that automate the implementation of related functions of the organization including accounting document management informing Internet sites portals video surveillance systems video recording and video conferencingthe use of computing resources and software based on cloud computing technology including the refinement of digital platforms information resources and systems to ensure their transfer to the cloud platform and work on their transferupdating information resources.The list also includes activities for the acquisition of software software and hardware complexes intellectual property rights telecommunications and computer equipment the estimated cost of the annual purchase requirement of which is more than 30 thousand base units . However they do not include activities related tomaintenance repair replacement of telecommunications and computer equipment that failed during operationdevelopment of the state system of legal information of the Republic of Belarus distribution provision of state information and legal resourcescontrol of technological equipment to ensure its functioningproduction and broadcasting of television and radio programsthe implementation by operators and providers of telecommunication services of activities for the development of telecommunication networksdevelopment and use of the State system for managing public keys for checking the electronic digital signature of the Republic of Belarus.The departmental resolution of May 13 2016 No. 5 On the list of measures in the field of informatization is recognized as invalid.Decree No. 18 comes into force after its official publication.
